These two beneficial insect species are specialized in the targeted control of stored product pests such as grain beetles, bread beetles, flour beetles, dried fruit moths, larder beetles, and more – without any chemicals or residues.
What is the difference? • Storage wasps (Lariophagus distinguendus) – capable of flight and ideal for hard-to-reach places. They parasitize the pupae of many stored product pests. Each delivery contains approximately 40 beneficial insects in a tube . • Shelving pirates (Xylocoris flavipes) – crawling, highly mobile beneficial insects that actively seek out and feed on larvae and pupae . Particularly effective on smooth surfaces and open shelves. Each delivery contains approximately 30 beneficial insects in a tube .
How it works: • The tube is simply opened in the affected area – e.g. on the shelf or in the pantry • Alternatively, the beneficial organisms can also be carefully distributed in a targeted manner • After the work is done, the robbers disappear on their own – without leaving any residue
Instructions for use: • One tube is sufficient for approximately 10 m²-15 m² area • In case of heavy infestation or large area, use several tubes in parallel • Do not use chemicals before, during or after application
