Shipping costs
We ship free of charge within Germany. For deliveries to other European countries, we charge a shipping fee of €6.90 per order.
Special instructions for live beneficial organisms
Important NOTE:
- Fresh beneficial insects are only shipped Monday to Thursday so that your delivery does not take place over the weekend.
- Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
- No shipping on public holidays.
Shipment tracking & delivery
- As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
- Track your delivery online at any time via DHL or Deutsche Post.
- If your package has been delivered according to the tracking information but you have not received it, please contact the shipping service provider first and then our customer service.
Taxes & Duties
Germany: All prices include VAT, no additional charges apply.
Other EU countries: Additional customs duties or taxes may apply according to national regulations. VAT is included in the price, except in exceptional cases where tax is exempt.
